This secure retail website uses Paypal to process orders. 

I also accept checks and money orders! Please contact me if you wish to pay using another method besides PayPal.

Returns

All returns and exchanges are handled on a personalized basis.

Please use the contact form to let me know you need assistance. 

If your item gets lost or damaged in the mail, I will do everything in my power to make sure you have a happy resolution! 

If you need a refund or exchange, please contact me to discuss some options. I want all of my customers to be happy, but certain items are more at risk of becoming damaged if we send them back and forth. Contact me, let me know what you need help with, and I am happy to try to work something out. 

Shipping

YES! I ship internationally, anywhere in the world.

I try to keep shipping costs as low as humanly possible. 

All orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. If you need something shipped via UPS or FedEx instead, please contact me using the contact form and let me know. I can make special arrangements. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, if under 1 pound. All orders over 1 pound are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. 

All prints are mailed FLAT, with cardboard support.

Medium-sized prints and original paintings are shipped FLAT, with supports.

Larger rice paper (unmatted) paintings are usually shipped ROLLED in a sturdy poster tube. Rice paper is very easy to flatten out once it's been rolled and it will not do the dreaded "poster curl" once you've laid it flat for a bit. I include instructions with all original paintings shipped.
