Payment Info::

I accept payments through PayPal, which is integrated into this site. You may use credit cards, Bill Me Later, and other funding options through PayPal's secure system.

If you need to pay via check or money order, please contact me to arrange a special transaction.

Shipping Info::

All orders are shipped via USPS, unless UPS or FedEx are necessary due to item weight. 

In general, small pieces are shipped flat in rigid mailers. Large pieces may be rolled and shipped in a strong tube, though I will not roll pieces that can be damaged by curling.

I try to keep shipping costs as low as humanly possible and I do not charge handling fees.

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of placement. 

I usually ship via USPS First Class (2-7 days)  for packages weighing less than a pound. Heaver packages usually go USPS Priority Mail, which arrives in 2-3 days. 

Returns:: 

All returns and exchanges are handled on a personalized basis. Please use the contact form to let me know you need assistance. If your item gets lost or damaged in the mail, I will do everything in my power to make sure you have a happy resolution! If you need a refund or exchange, please contact me to discuss some options. I want all of my customers to be happy, but certain items are more at risk of becoming damaged if we send them back and forth.
